How much does shipping cost if I place an order on the web?
All web orders over $75.00 will receive free UPS ground shipping anywhere in the continental United States. An $8.00 shipping charge will be applied to all web orders under $75.00. Please call our office at 1-800-579-6545 for service with your shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Additional shipping charges apply for 2nd Day and Next Day shipping.
If you place an order over the phone with a Physician's Preference consultant, an $8.00 charge will be applied for all ground orders under $200.00. Orders over $200.00 will receive free ground shipping in the continental United States. If you need expedited shipping, please notify the consultant at the time of placing your order, otherwise the ground shipping option automatically applies. Orders going to Texas destinations will typically arrive within 2-3 business days. Other U.S. orders outside of Texas will take a little longer. Please see the UPS shipping map below as it will help give the most up-to-date approximation of expected delivery of your order once it has been shipped.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, we do. However, certain restrictions and procedures will apply. All international orders placed are subject to detailed investigation concerning the recipient and their billing information. In an effort to reduce fraud, we will require a legible copy of the front and back of the credit card to be used as well as the recipient's contact information which will include a phone number to be connected at as well as a valid email address. If this information is not provided or if we are unable to verify payment, a money order will be requested or the order may be cancelled at our discretion. Shipping charges will reflect base charges only as denoted by the most current UPS information provided. Physician's Preference is not responsible for duties, taxes and any additional charges that may be imposed. Physician's Preference is not responsible for delays or other problems due to Customs or natural disasters. All packages will have actual value declared in U.S. Dollars. It is the responsibility of the customer to research local customs and duties procedures prior to placing an order.
What is your return policy?
Physician's Preference has a 60 day money back guarantee on all of our unopened supplements. Any opened products within the 60 day term will receive a 50% credit to be used toward future purchases. Products that do not fall within the return policy are books and food products such as Coconut Oil products, Sweet-n-Natural products, and Paleo products which may not be returned for a refund. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON THOSE ITEMS. Also, test kits and professional fees associated with nutritional counseling and metabolic testing are non-refundable.
Only the price of the eligible product will be refunded. Physician's Preference does not refund or pay any shipping costs. Special Order items are ordered according to the customer's specifications. In instances of return or order cancellation, a 10% restocking charge will apply. If a request for cancellation occurs on any order after the order has shipped, the customer will be instructed to refuse the package. The cost of the eligible product will be refunded, however, the customer is responsible to pay for shipping and handling.

What do I do if there is an error with my shipment?
Please contact Physician's Preference immediately at 281-646-1659 or 1-800-579-6545 to achieve the appropriate resolution. Physician's Preference consultants verify the address of every caller who places an order, however, we are unable to verify a shipping address of an order placed on the internet. Please double check your order to make sure that you entered the correct products, shipping address, and credit card information prior to placing your order.
If a package is shipped to the wrong destination and it is our error, we will contact the service provider and pay to have the package shipped to the appropriate location. We will notify the customer of any additional action that may be needed to resolve the shipping error.
If the error is on the customer's part, the customer must make their own arrangements to ship the package back to Physician's Preference to receive credit. We recommend using UPS or one of their affiliate stores, FedEx or one of their affiliate stores, the United States Postal Service or any other store that can facilitate shipping your package back to us.
If UPS has delivered the shipment inaccurately, Physician's Preference will make the arrangements to enable the customer to have it returned to Physician's Preference without any additional charge to the customer.
If a package arrives damaged to the customer, Physician's Preference must be notified within fifteen (15) business days of purchase. If notification is not given within fifteen (15) days, Physician's Preference reserves the right to not place a claim with the shipping agent or send a replacement package to the recipient.
If you want to return a product to Physician's Preference, you must take the appropriate measures to ensure that we receive the product back undamaged, which includes but is not limited to ensuring that there is sufficient packing material inside the box to protect the products. If Physician's Preference receives a return package from a customer that was not in error on the company's part, and the supplements inside are damaged, Physician's Preference will not return credit for that product.
What do I do if my package was a victim of theft?
If a package is stolen from a doorstep or porch, Physician's Preference will ship a replacement order which will require a signature upon delivery. This policy applies to one (1) occurrence only. Physician's Preference will investigate the theft of the original package and file a claim with the shipping agent. Physician's Preference reserves the right to refuse replacement shipments based on customer history at any time.
What is the Preferred Program?
Our Preferred Program was designed for you because we know how hectic life can get. This program allows us to offer you great savings, 20-25% off each supplement, as well as convenience. Can you ship my vitamin order with my prescription order?
Hotze Pharmacy and Physician's Preference Vitamins and Supplements are two different businesses. For accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory reasons, we cannot ship orders placed in these separate businesses together. We appologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
