Shelley Johnson is a native Houstonian, born and raised in the Clear Lake area. She received her undergraduate degree in Nutritional Science at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas and went on to earn a Masters of Science degree with a nutrition focus at Texas Women’s University in Houston. Shelley’s work experience includes working at Texas Children’s Hospital as a pediatric dietitian, Lifetime Fitness as a nutrition consultant, and now she proudly provides nutrition and vitamin counseling services here at Physician’s Preference.
Shelley is passionate about promoting a healthy diet combined with appropriate vitamins and exercise regimen to promote optimal health and wellness naturally.
