I keep seeing nut butter in some of the recipes ~ is Nutella OK to eat? If not, can you suggest some and where I might be able to find them. Also, what other drink option is there besides just water?
Stephanie Date 1/16/2013
Hi Traci, Almond butter, sugar-free peanut butter, and cashew butter are the preferred forms of "nut" butter. Nutella is not recommended as it has sugar in it. As for drink options, you can have tea, green tea, fresh squeezed lemonade or if you prefer a soda, you can look into "Zevia". It's an all-natural "soda" that is sweetened with stevia and is perfect for the diet. Have I answered all your questions today?

Thanks for the response! I was able to go to Whole Foods in Sugarland today ~ that was a shock to my system ~ just a bit overwhelming! We live an hour from there, so I want be going much. Anyway, I was able to pick up some Almond Butter & oat flour. My daughter wanted to try Blue Diamond Almond Milk & Lucky Layla Farms drinkable yogurt (gluten free) ~ they are now her favorite! Will I be able to drink the Almond Milk later? I like that it is soy free as soy seems to really bother me. One

Traci, I love Perrier lemon lime sparkling water, I add a couple drops of stevia and it is a treat at the end of the day. I don't even miss the vodka I usually add to it..well not too much! Good luck

Loved the yeast-free brownies! This is Day 8 for me. I made them yesterday and put the leftovers in the fridge. I brought some to my sister today and they were better than homemade fudge. Really hit that "sweet spot" yet didn't leave me craving more.

Are these brownies ok to eat during the first 2 weeks of the yeast free diet? Also, is almond milk ok during the first 2 weeks? Or in the last 2 weeks? I'm a little confused. Thank you!
