 Yeast-Free Vegetarian Chili
Ingredients:
1 large yellow onion, diced small
3 14.5-oz cans red kidney beans, drained
3 14.5-oz cans small red beans, drained
2 14.5-oz cans diced tomatoes
1 16-oz jar sugar free salsa
1 14.5-oz can tomato sauce
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped small
2 anaheim peppers, seeded and chopped small
1 jalapeno, seeded and minced (leave seeds in if you like it hot)
2 1/2 tbs chili powder
1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper
1 tbs kosher salt
Instructions:
Toss all ingredients into your slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.

What are small red beans. I can not find any at my local grocery.

Great looking receipe! It is just about like mine. I have been making it for years and did not even know it was yeast free. You can vary everything to your taste-just check the labels!
