, and you’re probably really missing those carbs! Have no fear - this spaghetti squash recipe will make you feel like you’re indulging and you won’t even have to break the rules!
- 1 spaghetti squash
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1 jar marinara sauce (with no added sugar)
- Garlic/garlic powder to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350. Cut the squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. Bake squash for an hour or until tender. Brown the ground turkey and add marinara along with garlic, salt and pepper. Take the squash out of the oven and scrape out the strands (they should look like noodles) and add them to the sauce. Mix and let simmer for 10 minutes.
