Birds are chirping. Temperatures are getting warmer. Hot coffee is becoming less attractive in the mornings and the last thing you want for lunch is soup.
Embrace the yeast-free skinny smoothie! Just enough calories and protein to fill you up but nothing that leaves your pants too tight!Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Vanilla Whey protein
powder (We like Jay Robb's)
- 2 tbsp. natural peanut butter (optional)
- 1 tbsp Sweet-N-Natural
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk (unsweetened)
- 5-6 ice cubes, or more/less for desired thickness

How about Almond butter instead of PB?

can we have whey? Does anyone know where I can find natural almond butter made in a peanut, milk, and wheat free facility that has no sugar in it? HEB, Kroger, and walmart don't have this. Thanks

Frozen berries instead of ice cubes will make your smoothie taste richer.

Kimberly, yes you can have whey. As for the natural almond butter, HEB Plus has an almond grinder machine that grinds pure almonds into almond butter. There are no peanuts, sugar, milk or wheat involved in the process. I hope you find this information helpful. :)

Does that whey powder have soy in it? I'm allergic to soy.

You can also find natural Almond Butter at Whole Foods Market. There is a location on Woodway, close to Voss.

We can have whey, but this would be for after the first period of the diet where you can't have fruit. Jay Robb's does not contain any soy.
