How about Almond butter instead of PB?
Kimberly Date 3/28/2012 12:28:09 PM
can we have whey? Does anyone know where I can find natural almond butter made in a peanut, milk, and wheat free facility that has no sugar in it? HEB, Kroger, and walmart don't have this. Thanks

Frozen berries instead of ice cubes will make your smoothie taste richer.

Kimberly, yes you can have whey. As for the natural almond butter, HEB Plus has an almond grinder machine that grinds pure almonds into almond butter. There are no peanuts, sugar, milk or wheat involved in the process. I hope you find this information helpful. :)

Does that whey powder have soy in it? I'm allergic to soy.

I love this breakfast shake! It is so filling and gets me through the rush of the early day with energy until noon.

Kimberly,
You can also find natural Almond Butter at Whole Foods Market. There is a location on Woodway, close to Voss.

We can have whey, but this would be for after the first period of the diet where you can't have fruit. Jay Robb's does not contain any soy.
