Yeast-Free Mango Salsa

Get prepared for the holiday weekend with this fresh mango salsa! Though it has a dash of Sweet-n-Natural, don't let this salsa fool you...it has a nice bite at the end that will leave you wanting more!
Just remember: if you're on the yeast-free diet, you won't be having chips with your salsa. Instead, use it as a topping on grilled chicken or even on top of a fresh spinach salad!
Yeast-Free Mango Salsa
Ingredients:

1 mango, peeled and diced

1 red onion, chopped

1/4 C cilantro, chopped

3 t lime juice

1 T Sweet-n-Natural

3 jalapeno peppers, chopped (remove seeds if desired)

2 t ginger, minced

Fresh ground pepper and sea salt, to taste
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss gently to mix. Taste and adjust seasonings as necessary. Chill for 45 minutes to an hour and serve. (Makes about 3 cups.)
