Yeast-Free Cucumber Salad

Sometimes, some of the best recipes are the simplest so this week we're taking it back to the basics.
Surely you have majority of these items already in your refrigerator so there's not much shopping you'll need to do. There's no baking involved. No crazy amount of slicing and dicing. Just a few simple ingredients that just taste downright good!
Ingredients:

2 large cucumbers, sliced

1 small red onion, chopped

1 large tomato, diced

Juice from 1/2 a lemon

1 tbsp olive oil

Sea salt & pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well and chill for at least an hour. Serve & enjoy!
