The world stops for just a moment, we take a deep breath, escaping from the day’s stress and savoring what could be one of the finest foods on earth. Life is good. So, why do we feel so guilty for an occasional indulgence? Is it possible that a small serving of dark chocolate every day could actually be quite healthy, and something reasonable to look forward to?
