Description
Vitamin D-3 is normally obtained from the diet or produced by the skin from the ultraviolet energy of the sun. However, it is not abundant in food. I love the 5000 IU's per capsule
For anyone like me who requires 10,000 to 15,000 units per day the 5000iu softgels are an easy way to get your required amounts. I've yet to find any other brand that offers 5000iu's. They are tiny and easy to swallow. I will continue to take them but at nearly $30 per bottle (plus S/H) it's pricey when I add it to the other vitamin supplements I take each month. I do appreciate Physician's Preference commitment to quality.

Vitamin D3
When it says "teeny", they are correct. I love that these tiny, easy to swallow softgels have so much Vitamin D in each. I need to take a considerable amount of D because I am a strong candidate for bone density issues in the future. This is the perfect, easy to take, measure for me to ensure I am getting what I need daily.

Take it regularly
