I became complacent for awhile about seven months ago and stopped taking my Vitamin D-3. Man, what a mistake that was!!! I noticed how my immune system became weakened and I started getting sick every few weeks. As soon as I got back on D-3 and started back on my vitamin regimen, I noticed a difference very quickly. I have only been sick twice in the last seven months. If you are not familiar with what Vitamin D-3 does for your body, do some research and then buy this product!! |
