to Yeast Free

Can you believe it?! You made it! 30 days with no yeast, sugar, dairy or alcohol and we're excited for you!
How do you feel?
We invite you to let us know how you did this go 'round! Are your pants fitting better? Did your allergies clear up? Are your energy levels increased?
Tell us how you fared!
For those of you sticking to the yeast-free eating program, how have you done so far? How long will you continue to do the diet?
Whether you've been eating yeast-free for 30 days or you continue to eat yeast-free for 2 more months, we want to congratulate you on your success and your path to health and wellness!
Don't forget: the goal to maintaining your newfound weight loss and increased energy levels is to eat everything in moderation. This is a lifestyle change...remember?! If you go back to the exact same way you were eating before you started your yeast-free journey, chances are you are going to go right back to the way you were feeling. You wouldn't want that, would you? Realistically, it's tough to remain yeast-free for the rest of your life so as you venture off your yeast-free path, remember that moderation is absolutely key. If you choose to be yeast-free during the week and slack off during the weekend, that's perfectly fine! The goal is to maintain your health and ideal body weight as much as possible.
For your benefit, we'd love to know what we can do to improve Yeast-Free with Me for next year so we need your feedback! What did you enjoy the most? What would you like to see more of?
Again, congratulations to each and every one of you who completed the 30-day challenge! 30 days of following a strict yeast-free eating program is no easy feat, we know. Be proud of yourself! Show off your new, slim waistline (& even those collar bones that disappeared a few years back). YOU HAVE DONE IT!

This is my 2nd time doing yeast free. 1st time I did it for 4 months. I gradually went back to my regular diet; I gained back half what I had lost not to mention I began feeling bad again. This time I've finally wrapped my ahead around it being a lifestyle change. I'm in 100%. Lost 9 lbs. :-)

Thank you seems so little to say for all the insight I've gained from you. This has truly been a blessing. I lost 15 lbs, BUT BEST OF ALL l I really feel so much better. I thought eating yeast free would be a hard plan to follow, but with the delicious recipes it was pretty easy. I couldn't imagine living without dairy, breads and sweets. Almond milk is very tasty, breads I can do without (now) and sweets take on a whole new meaning when baked with oat flour, coconut oil, and your "sweet an

I feel great and will continue with the program. I lost 10 pounds and mostly belly fat. I am only 4 feet 11 inches and had gone up to 121 pounds now I am down to 111 and plan to stay there. I know how to do it now. I feel that I was eating a lot but my weight kept going down. In the past I was just eating two meals a day and could not lose any weight. I am so excited. Thanks for the help and encouragement.

Thanks so much for all the helpful recipes. I tried many of them but also concocted some of my own. The emails were greatly appreciated as well, especially during the hardest first couple of weeks. I hope to keep up a modified yeast-free eating plan as well as encourage my family to eat less refined sugar and simple carbs. Others are not always so excited about the plan but I have shared very positively to my friends and family about how it has really helped me.

I have so enjoyed the recipes that came each week. I tried many of them and loved the tortilla soup the most. I plan to stay yeast free 2 to 3 more weeks before moving into the zone or a modified program. It really helped getting the emails that offered much encouragement along the way. I have lost 10 lb and I plan to lose more.

I've been on the yeast free diet since Jan 26 of last year. I've lost 65 pounds and 4 dress sizes. I feel energized. The only bad thing is I've lost muscle tone and it's hard to replace it. I have to work at it daily. I still feel some symptoms of yeast overgrowth in my colon. Until these go away, I'm staying on the diet. Is it alright to eat 2-4 crackers when you have an upset stomach if you've been on the diet as long as I have? Also, I have a question about our eating out options and n

I found about the program through your blog & well I just want to say thank you. I am loving my energy levels, I love not counting calories and instead just being smart about healthy choices. My skin improved from acne. Weight loss was a total of 12 pounds from 133-121 so I feel great.
Thank you - Sai
