After a long day, it can be difficult to prepare a wholesome dinner thatís also quick and easy. Packed with protein and fiber, our Tex Mex Chili is a great meal for the whole family and can be fixed in a jiffy!
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 cans Mexican Fiesta Rotel
- 3 (15 oz.) cans Progresso kidney beans
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 can Huntís diced tomatoes (optional)
Brown ground beef, bell pepper, onion and garlic. Drain fat. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Add one can of Huntís diced tomatoes if desired.
