Summer Shape Up, Week 13: You Made It!

Wow!  Can you believe the Summer Shape Up has already drawn to a close?  It has been three busy months of setting goals, learning new tips and tracking your progress. 

Take time now to review your goals.  How did you do?  Write down areas for improvement and reward yourself for a job well done.  If you hit your targets, be sure to savor your success.  TREAT YOURSELF – you have earned it!

Whether you reached your goal or not, don’t stop now!  Hopefully, your hard work has paid off and you are seeing results, so keep it up!  Make a plan for your ongoing fitness, diet, and health goals.  Remember what you have learned – what to eat and drink, how to exercise, and of course, the importance of staying on track even when temptation and daily stresses start to get in the way.
