“How many and which vitamins do you take?” Resiliently spouting off
almost everything on our shelves, I go through and name everything I
take. When I get done, nine times out of ten I’m asked, “Well what do
you take this
for?” and “what does this
do for you?” and of course, “What vitamins should I take”. So I’m here to tell you all what
