Safer than Statins
Posted by Physician's Preference on 1/7/2013 to Health Concerns

Statin drugs, such as Liptor and Crestor, have been around for a good 20 years now. With all the hype and prescriptions, one would think the heart attack death rate would have decreased substantially; however, it has accomplished nothing but rise considerably. Because of all the commotion of statin drugs, most people these days are petrified to not follow their doctor's orders and end up taking them anyways.

According to Sherry Rogers, M.D., "statins are one of the most dangerous drugs ever made." Besides suppressing your immune system, clouding your brain, increasing memory loss, muscle aches/pains and peripheral neuropathy, statins deplete your body's store of essential nutrients your heart needs, such as CoQ10, zinc, and vitamin E, to name a few.

The good news is that there are many non-prescription ways to lower your cholesterol naturally, and without the harm that statins wield:
Unlike nasty statin drugs, these natural supplements protect the brain, increase immunity, help reduce inflammation and free radical damage and much, much more.

If heart health is a major concern for you or someone you know, we strongly recommend the book "Is Your Cardiologist Killing You?" by Dr. Sherry Rogers.

It's your life; in the end, only you can protect it.

Hi Nancy, For blood pressure, I would recommend magnesium citrate (600-1000 mg daily) and Dr. Hotze's Blood Pressure Support. Both of these are great for blood pressure issues. Please let me know if you have any other questions! Stephanie

Cholesterol is not a problem for me, but I seem to have acquired high blood pressure. Any recommendations on what to take?

Perfect timing! I have in hand a prescription for Lipitor which I do not want to have filled. What dosage do you recommend for each of the COQ10,Vits E,C, Curcumin and Quercetin daily?

Don't forget red yeast rice and polycosanol!
