How to Play:

4. Four lucky winners will be randomly selected on May 7 at 9 a.m. CT to receive a $50 gift card to Physician’s Preference!

Great idea, because Pinterest is awesome. However, when you post the phrase above to your pin, it adds a price of $50 to the picture (making it seem as if the smoothie costs $50)... Just a head's up... I posted it anyway, so pick me, pick me! :-)
