For as long as I can remember, I've been very active and able to keep up with the hectic pace of my lifestyle ... until the last year or so. My body just wasn't feeling like it could sustain me and it wasn't responding to exercise like it used to (when I was younger).
We used to live in the country. Our home backed up to a bayou of sorts, in which fish shared space with alligators, turtles, and strange looking birds. Strange things happen in the country. One morning, my husband and I awakened to find our neighbor in our back yard, holding up a six-foot long snake that he had speared through the eyeballs.
Meet Casey! Casey is one of our Vitamin Consultants at Physician's Preference Vitamins, and has helped over 500 people obtain their health goals through high quality vitamin and lifestyle recommendations. She has always enjoyed health and wellness and has been very active in sports her whole life. Casey enjoys running and is currently training for Houston's Half Marathon this coming January.
Christina has been active in health and fitness her whole life. After having her three children, she became a certified group fitness instructor by the American Council on Exercise; shortly afterwards she became certified in Yoga by International Sports Medicine.
