I've been using the yeast-free recipes with the Jay Robb powder. It's not sugar is it? I'm confused... Stephanie... help!

I've been using the Jay Robb whey powder for almost 2 months on the YF diet. The great thing about Jay Robb's whey powder is that it has no sugar in it, it's all natural.

Yeah Andrea I read in Hotze's cookbook that Jay Robb's protein powder was allowed on the cleanse. I hope so I've been drinking it every morning.

I made the breakfast bars, twice. Didn't look anything like the picture. It was a gooey mess. Am I missing something?
