Healthy Waldorf Salad
Few ingredients.
Low in calories.
Minimal preparation.
Does a mid-day snack get any better than this?!
Waldorf salads make for great party snacks or appetizers! Your guests will never know it's "healthy"!
Healthy Waldorf Salad

1 c. organic chopped apples
-
1 c. organic chopped celery
-
1 c. organic halved red grapes
-
½ lemon
-
½ c. chopped walnuts
-
½ - ¾ c. organic Greek plain yogurt
Squeeze juice from lemon over apples, mix in all other ingredients, & stir. Chill for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve & enjoy!

Can we have yogurt? What about kefir? Do grapes contain too much sugar?

I did not think we could have yogurt or grapes. I would substitute blueberries or cherries for grapes and smashed avocado for yogurt.

Dear all: unless specified, all our recipes are not yeast-free. If it is yeast-free, it will say so in the title. This recipe is not yeast-free, it is just a healthy alternative. :)

Correct: you cannot have yogurt or grapes while doing the yeast-free diet. This recipe is not yeast-free. Just a healthy option for those not doing the yeast-free diet.
