 Can you believe it?! You made it! 30 days with no yeast, sugar, dairy or alcohol and we're excited for you!
How do you feel?

I'm a week behind, so I have one more week. I had to dig out my smaller sized jeans I haven't worn in a long time! I'm so glad I kept them! I'm staying on the plan for at least a couple more months! I feel so much better! I want to thank U for the help and & blog U gave us! It was much easier this time around than the times in the past when I've done this! Thank U!!!

My husband and I have been following the yeast free plan for the past month with a few slips but jumped back on immediately. He initially lost 7 pounds and I lost another 5. We both are sleeping better and that helps the energy levels. I've gone down 2 pant sizes in the past couple months due to better eating and new resolve to staying with it.

This is my 3th week, I thought I could loose weight but so far nothing... I wasn't over weight I'm a size two but in the past year I went from 0 to 2 , I'm 4-11 so I really have to keep my ideal weight, any tips or ideas on how to loose weight?
